Seeing as it is uncirculated, there is no date.  Eventually I will figure it out i suppose.  *It is only good at the store of William Wilson as near as I can tell.  Seems suspiciously like a coupon to me.  Read the reverse text and you will see.  I bought it mainly because I am from California and because it looks quite nice.
