Not U.S. I suppose...  The text along the top left and right reads: "Six months after the ratification of a treaty of peace between CSA and the USA." This was printed approximately half of a year after the Confederates seceeded from the Union. It seems that they were thinking rather optimistically at the time. Of course, that's as long as anyone thought the war would go...
